Combine:
- Leaf lettuce (romaine, red leaf, green leaf, even spinach)
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
Caramelized almonds: Combine and cook on stove til golden. Cool on wax paper. Break up.
- 1/4 c almonds sliced or slivers
- 2 T sugar
Dressing: Shake and chill for several hours.
- 1/4 c oil
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 5 drops hot sauce
